| HAINSCO now offers in our permanent dedicated
training facilities in Khobar, training courses leading to Level
II in accordance with SNT-TC-1A & ANSI/ASNT CP-189 of the American
Society for Nondestructive Testing. The training is provided
by experienced ASNT level III personnel in Magnetic Particle
Testing, Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic
Testing and Electromagnetic Testing. Qualifying examinations
will also be administered by ASNT NDT level III personnel. |
| Our instructors have been in the field for
years and know how to solve the kinds of problems students encounter
every day. |
| Class size is limited so that every student
will receive the individual attention they need to understand
complex NDT concepts. Students will be encouraged to provide
typical inspection parts for hands on participation. |
| Program goal: |
| The goal of this program is to train the students
to ASNT level II skills required for employment in the non-destructive
testing field. The students will have access to course materials
during and after their course in order for them to progress
in the field. |
| Program objectives: |

To acquaint trainees with various types
of testing techniques, procedures and terminology. |

To guide and teach students, on a step
by step basis, to advanced testing techniques as related
to the testing methods. |

To demonstrate and utilize the proper
use and care of all machines, instruments and tools of
the trade to emphasize paths of study adaptable to all
types and styles of testing within the methodology of
the disciplines offered. |

To teach students where to find and how
to use reference material. |
|
To teach safety in operating these testing
methods. |
|
To encourage students to recognize the
importance of keeping up with technical improvements in
their fields. |
|
| Program Structure: |
| The course is divided
into seven modules. Each module can be conducted separately
from the others. As required, student may be enrolled in one
or all modules. The modules can be conducted in any order. Included
within each module will be information to allow the students
to gain an understanding of the method and be able to apply
the method in accordance with procedural requirements.
